Café Mambo in Ibiza serves up the island’s most unforgettable sunsets

Café Mambo has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1994 when Javier Anadon opened the first bar in a dilapidated finca on San Antonio’s cliffs. Word of mouth and a soundtrack featuring Bob Dylan’s The Times They Are A-Changin’ propelled Mambo into Ibiza legend, attracting global DJs, celebrities, and clubbers eager for the ultimate sunset experience. Over the decades, Mambo has become synonymous with Ibiza nightlife, hosting pre-parties for superclubs and welcoming icons like Steve Aoki, Carl Cox, Pete Tong, Fisher, Camelphat, Martin Solveig, Boy George and Swedish House Mafia.

Today, under the stewardship of Javier’s sons, the Mambo Brothers, the bar continues to blend legendary sunsets, world-class DJs and Ibiza charm into a single unforgettable experience. So grab your strawberry daiquiri, snag a VIP table if you can, and prepare for the first sunset of the season.
